Choosing these coaching sessions will embody self care techniques, give you accountably and the gentle nudging you need into taking action for your self love journey.
By committing to yourself, you allow yourself the freedom to choose you. While being in a more controlled environment, you will find a little more structure than might be in your busy home life. You will be more self motivated to choose you with live sessions, but will have access to the recordings if you cannot make it live for some reason.
You deserve to feel more joy in your life, you deserve to have more happiness in your life. You deserve to put yourself first so you can be fully present and attentive to others around you in your life, such as your children, husband, partner, animals or workmates/boss etc.

I used to live with self loathing, and self hatred but with grace and several coaches and mentors over the years, I have learned to lean into the beautiful soul who is Jessica Bouchard. I want to share with you all things I have learned in order to love myself and to teach you how I became happier loving version of myself and how I have become more accepting of myself in my every day life.

Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can get a full refund up to two weeks before the start date. For any purchases made within two weeks of the sessions, we do not offer a refund as space is limited. Please message directly if you believe your situation is unique. Thank you for understanding.
